<p>Each of these handcrafted writing instruments is limited edition, individually serialized, and hallmarked. These pens feature a durable, solid brass construction overlaid with black mother of pearl panels. The fittings and the improved grip section are plated in shiny .999 platinum. This model features a smooth-writing, fine-to-extra-fine point, gold-plated stainless steel nib and a screw-on cap.</p><p>These pens are no exception to the classic Xezo Maestro® series; they were created with the intention to showcase the natural, iridescent artistry of black mother of pearl. These panels of material were hand-inlaid onto the solid brass round barrel, polished, then sealed in multiple layers of manually-polished clear lacquer for added protection.<br>Please note that since we use real black mother of pearl, no two panels are alike. This natural material can range in base color from black to gray; colorful overtones range in a spectrum of hues from pink, orange, green, purple, blue, and everything in between.</p>
